Return Policy

ALL returns must be made within 30 days for refunds, credits, or exchanges WITH RECEIPT. 

Products must be returned in new / unopened / never-used condition. 

For customer orders, we cannot refund original shipping and handling charges unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order. 

Our staff is required to inspect all glassware, ceramics and any other fragile items to ensure that the customer receives only items in good condition. Exempt are any items, which are marked as clearance, imperfect, or damaged.
